Amazing Marquee Trick !! Full up Scroll (With Code)

Hello guyes sorry for the delay . I was there in some important but its never too late.
Today i am back with a thrilling killer post that would help you in your web practice !!

Just see how picture of that women (pic 1) started from down with a ease and grace!! And notice how it went beautifully upward (pic 2).

FEATURE OF THIS TRICK :-

The speciality lies in its function suppose you have added pictures with links and want to take people to that link so in order to make it effective to your visitors you can add links with this giving a effect of thumbnails .
Also when someone click upon it the scrolling will stop that will make you site more SMART.
